We had a great stay. We had an issue with our fob and garage code when it stopped working because of a bad storm that had hit the area. We messaged Carolyn, she quickly responded, and less than 10 minutes later, she delivered a new fob and even walked us all the way to the front door to make sure it worked. And all of this happened at 11 pm. She clearly cares about her guests.

The one-bedroom apartment was spotless and convenient. The sofa bed was great too. The apartment's location was very close to work, which worked well for us. We have an EV car and we were able to use the free EV charger provided by the appartment 80% of the time. There are four chargers in total, but one day, we couldn't find a free one, especially since someone had connected their car and left it there after charging. Communication with Carolyn was prompt and helpful. The apartment bedroom window faces 183 Hwy, which made it a little noisy, but the white noise app was helpful. Overall, the place is nice and modern. If I need it, I may stay again.
